Theodore Newman Mukand was born on 7 July 1884. He passed the "Middle English Examination" from District School, Allahabad in 1899 and graduated with a "Bachelor of Arts" from Allahabad University in 1917. Theodore graduated with a "Licentiate of Teaching" with specialization in History from Government Teaching College, Allahabad University in 1918 and was a "Teacher". He married to E.F. Mukand and died on 11 November 1954 in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
